The conference proper will run over two days – 14th and 15th February 2024.
On the afternoon of 13th Feb there will be a pōwhiri (an important welcome to guests that “removes the tapu (restrictions) of the manuhiri (visitors) to make them one with the tangata whenua (hosts)” link to overview).

The pōwhiri will be followed by a reception in the conference hall on the evening of the 13th.

The conference will traditional platform presentations by participants, but there will also be an opportunity for informal presentations, workshop-style discussions, and other more relaxed fora. See here for more on the presentation formats.
